what's the better way to get to know people you're considering dating?

if you post here, you've been reading a person's thoughts for years. you get a good deal of insight into who they are.

Tinder and dating sites give you a glimpse into a person but you gotta dig deeper and pull out their real story. but those sites give you a more diverse group of people to consider.

then there's the good ol face to face. people see each other, there's an attraction, and a conversation ensues.
