Because you can have characters and stories inspired by real people and events, but a writer will add their own twist and creative elements to make it their own work.

So I could have a character based off you and your girl, but if the character based on me ends up f'ing your girl that doesn't really mean anything (and certainly doesn't mean I f'd your girl). It just means that is what the story dictated.
