Even though he's unofficial at this point, Ceasar Mitchell is still the de facto frontrunner. With Councilman Kwanza Hall unofficially running as well, I'm guessing we're going to get a runoff that, demographically, looks like Reed vs. Norwood back in 2009. Reed only won with 620 votes in that runoff though.
