reading comprehension in its readers while taking advantage of popular opinions on entitlement issues such as the problems with social security.

The article encourages readers to come to the wrong conclusions.

Nothing in the article states that millions of people are gaming the system. All it says is that the SSA's failure to put in death dates have left them with an extra six million people viewed as alive.

The article also fails to mention whether or not money was paid to these six million individuals after they died and for how long if at all.
