NYC/Belgium in May and have seen similar prices. What time of the year are you flying?

However, we both missed out on a pretty wicked Delta sale about two months ago. RT DC/Paris flights for about $550. Haven't seen those kinds of prices in forever.

I don't know what I was thinking not grabbing that.

Not sure if this helps, but it seems these random flash deals have been popping up frequently as of late. I've given myself until mid-March to wait and see what comes up before I pull the trigger.
