So I'm in a bit of an exercise rut. I pretty much do the same thing every day: 1.5 mile run intervals on the treadmill, some weight machine for my arms, this body scissor thing I do with some weights for my abs and that's it.
I'm totally uncreative with my present routine and need something new. And I'm not seeing the same results that I used to. While I love cardio, I ABSOLUTELY HATE ZUMBA. So don't be suggesting that shit.
The small seats on the spin bike hurt my butt, so spinning's a no go.
Trying to shed some pounds but also interested in getting stronger. My diet's okay. A lot of my age-mates are already complaining of aches and pains and stuff (we're not even 30 yet) and I'm not trying to go out like that. I don't want to get big and buff, either.
I'd appreciate any links of some routines you do that you find enjoyable and effective.
