"Where do drug dealers buy those dime/nickel bags from?"

this has always been on my mind
Does wal mart sell em?
What purpose do they serve other than a vehicle
For ones recreational drug of choice?
Maybe for nuts screws and bolts I get that
But when a nigga comes up to the register
With a 250 ct box of dime/nickel bags you know he's up to no good lol

Also another question

Are cats still getting hemmed up for stealing music?
I haven't seen any articles about a record company
Suing some person in Minot North Dakota for some
Outrageous amount of money because they downloaded
A few eminem albums in a minute
Or has the record industry said eff it, we can't really stop this mess?
