Africa has tons of resources yet the people in the country struggle.

Instead of philanthropists bringing Africa fish, why dont they teach them how to fish? The resources are there, why is Europe in charge of it?

But then again, you have corrupt leaders in Africa, so that's another topic. Ugh.
