im sorry, but acts like The Isleys and Stevie Wonder werent foriegn to me

nor Hall and Oates, Huey Lewis, Def Lepard or any other act when we were really young or before we were born that had hits

but we knew about these acts

Missy Elliotts music is 10 years old
hardly ancient history

this generation is pathetically lazy when it comes to music

we had this same discussion when the kids had no idea who Outkast was
