Which is why in most countries the entire concept of "Police" needs burning down and rebuilding from the ground up. I rarely witness Police on the street contributing anything more positive to society than giving directions... most of them seem to either sit on busy roads trying to tax motorists or public housing estates trying to tax brown teenagers.
In 2014, the Police are essentially a global street gang running an extremely unreliable protection racket.
