"Tell me your favorite "pre-prepared" meals. "

A new years resolution is to cut my takeout/delivery food consumption. I can literally go weeks without a home cook meal.

I am not ready/ don't have the time for learning to cook more meals from scratch (I've got about 5 things I can cook confidently and that's it), but I am good with the stove and seasoning stuff to my taste.

So what are your favorite pre-packaged easy meals?

I've heard people rave about the Trade Joe's Kung Pao chicken for example.
