Homegirl is dating a guy and has been for a year.

They aren't exclusive in that they are boyfriend and girlfriend but she said if he went on a date she would be mad (she's in DC and he's in NYC).

Anyway she told me the other day she bought Kate Spade N earrings (as in each earring just is an N).

Her boo's name begins with an N so obvi she bought them because of him and I'm sure she will rock them when she sees him next (she sent him a pic of them too).

Anyway I can't see myself buying earrings with the initials of a man who isn't my boyfriend after a year of dating.

Am I alone on this?
