"What could a 17-year-old possibly need $200 for?" Fri Dec-26-14 06:08 PM by Very-Effortless
I have a 17yo god sister, we'll call her Mary. Mary has been out of touch for quite some time... Ignoring phone calls and not taking it upon herself to call. It's not cause we haven't tried, it's cause Mary lost her mind when she turned 14/15 and figured that we're her personal piggy banks. We were in Memphis for 4 days during thanksgiving, she knew we were coming and we all called her multiple times to get in touch and she ignored us. Then comes calling the day after we leave and asks for someone to come take her to get some new boots.
Basically, she's got it into her silly head that she only has time for us if we're spending money on her. Fuck that.
After thanksgiving back to ignoring us as usual until last week (the week before Christmas) when she calls my mom asking for a Christmas present. My mom says "no" because the only time she calls is when she wants something.
Fast forward to monday and she texts my sister and asks her for $200. My sister calls her and goes off. Bullet points: you only call when you want something, your facebook page is ratchet what the fuck is wrong with you and hell fucking no I ain't giving you $200.
today she texts me out of the blue. "Can I ask you something?"
I say sure even though I know what is coming.
"My mom is really in a bind. Can I borrow $200 until school starts?"
I ask her what she needs the money for and she's like "if you aren't gonna give it to me then never mind."
Then she texts my sister again and asks her if she can hold $200.
So, I have a couple of theories as to why she is asking: 1) she's just being a spoiled brat 2) her ratchet mama is putting her up to it 3) her little ratchet boyfriend is putting her up to it 4) she's pregnant and trying to get together abortion money
Whatever the case, no one in this here circle is giving her ass any money... Not without a reason and she ain't trying to give one.
