into their branch trying to cash a check drawn on my account they thought was bogus (it was)

Anyhow I do what I need to do with them over the phone, still gotta come inside this weekend, but then the lady described the person who came inside as "A young colored girl with braids wearing a sweatsuit"

Which caught me off guard since she didn't even sound THAT old
