I enjoyed working for small and medium sized companies. I cut my teeth on IT work in those companies.

It would be rough for me to go back at this point because I've been at this big ass place for a while and have been able to move to different roles, learn new stuff, and meet new folks. There's still a lot of room to grow.

My team is actually pretty small. Like 10 people small. So it actually has a small org feel to it. All the teams I've been on here have been relatively small, which also mean wearing multiple hats. I haven't experienced the do one job thing since I been here.
