From congressional committees. Although I despise her, I don't think it should go down like this.
The idea that a democratically elected Congress person who hasn't done anything wrong IN HER ELECTED POSITION can be prevented from doing her job from day one by way of a partisan vote does not sit well with me. Yes, she is vile and has said mountains of awful things, but she is in the office and I don't agree with removing the authority the voters gave her without a STRONG bi-partisan case.
Using this logic, if the repubs get control again what's to stop them from kicking Omar out of committees? It's not the way the system is supposed to function in my opinion.
