The rower is a huge part of my workout, and I don't have one. I'm really missing the running and rowing. I can't run outside because my knees won't let me. Again, it's a debate I'm having with myself and the overall situation going on is a major factor. I do have health concerns that I need to address somehow, and the workout situation my gym provided met all of those needs pre shutdown. I would feel pretty safe going back because it's always been a very clean environment and cleaning protocols have increased, but there's obviously some concern. I have a harder time staying on track left to my own devices. Six months ago I was killin it. For three months I did ok, and the past three have been absolute shit.
