It's actually a barrel-aged Manhattan...I keep a bottle in the freezer, pour some in a glass and throw a few Luxardo cherries in there. High West makes solid ryes, and apparently they mix the manhattan and then put it back in the barrel to age it some more.I've gotten a few of my co-workers hooked on it, I'd drink it more often if it wasn't ~$50/bottle. This post has given me a few things to try, I'm excited.
