- Job is a job at this point, need to look for something else by April if they keep offering me empty promises

- Combo of both work schedules and biz travel makes me see less of the wife. By the time she comes home I have to go to bed

+ We bought our house in July finally on my birthday of all days

+ Kids are good

+ I can make it to work in 20 minutes vs 90 minutes

- seem to be working more
