Take WI for example, Hillary was posed to win. Meanwhile nearly 3 times the margin that she lost by wasn't allowed to vote. When people say "well all of them weren't going to vote for her", yeah true, but when they design this anti democratic laws they're designed to target mainly the people that would have voted for her.
So say if the laws targeted black women, you could assume with a near 98 percent probability that that individual would've voted for her. Or when the voting laws target college students, it's near overwhelming a Democratic voting base. The polls were accurate, the laws were the unaccounted for influencers.
