I'm well aware that Trump is Trump and is gonna Trump. You were explaining the "nuance" in what Trump was trying to say, which I already understood - I know what he was trying to do yesterday. My point was that, no matter what Trump says there is no nuance to this. No one participating in that march deserves the benefit of the doubt. I don't care if a few people there just went to the rally because they have some kind of a complex about statues being taken down, no matter the context. The minute they showed up, saw the KKK/Nazi/white nationalist shit, and didn't turn around and fucking leave, they themselves became Nazis. There's no levels to this. There's no degrees of participation. Every single person at that disgusting display consciously decided to march alongside Nazis, whether they themselves carried the torches/flags or not. Therefore they joined the Nazi cause.
