Surprisingly affordable, I imagine people there don't think of Downtown as a residential possibility.

I'd also get a Pirates season ticket package for the summer (who Pittsburghers refer to as the Bucs or Buccos). Not that I'm a fan, but it's such a great park to watch a game, very easy to walk to, the division is competitive, and packages are affordable. Every Tender on Tinder would be meeting me there, in section 139, for our first dates.
