living at or near the poverty line for 10 years $3000 per month for a family of 5 or more $2500 per month for a family of 4 $1500 per month for individual *regardless if they have a job or not; and they can still receive well fair, wick, etc.
student loan forgiveness for any Black person who has attended college within the last 100 years, and if their is a debt for an individual who is dead, it is also forgiven.
HALF of all credit debt paid off, for every Black person over the age of 18
loans facilitated through Black Banks / Credit Unions with zero interest for 5 yrs, to fund, develop, or revitalize schools, creative centers, food gardens / markets with any population of Black people over 15%
first two years of ANY college FREE, with housing paid for as long as an individual or family is in school
some sort of incentive for Black Home owners OR COMMUNITIES OF BLACK that want to relocate to an area and focus on Black revitalization
