The last line is basically begging the rest of the crowd to gang up on her. Again the real way to handle it is first be prepared. And second to address it head on with no deflections. Clinton started her response by talking about what she said in April. That's a deflection from the quote from the 90's, which is why the protestor interrupted her. You gotta be prepared and get straight to the point. If you can silence the protestor you won. Everything else... nah.
