Street life.

I've known scores of semi-pro trap stars over the years, for who this is the case. I'm not sure if my analysis can be dismissed as anecdotal, but it seems like this phenomenon isn't really explored or talked about, during discussions of crime and punishment. Can any of you offer input?

Anyway,
This MEME is almost my little brother (except he's only 1/2 white, but his arrest record describes him as completely Black)
