The culprit is institutionalized racism's fault, yeah?It's bad b/c the schools/communities don't have resources, under-prepared/under-nurtured teachers, no autonomy on budgets/ciriculum, etc., right??I'm all about giving Black kids the BEST chances at a fruitful life but it's like WHERE are those places?...WHO is in those spaces??
