2 things that caught my attentionthey are selected from the same pool of candidates (and there has already been an established bias in that process)they aren't as selective in choosing candidates for a grand juryI would assume if those jurors are from Waller Countythey are faimliar with this case and what has been presented through the media so fari.e. I'm assuming some of those folks have already made up their mind.= the more evidence they present through the mediain an effort to relieve themselves of liability= less likely to return an indictment, IMO^ on whomever, or whatever they decide to present charges againstofficer, county or otherwiseyou follow?also, the grand jury is not a trial, and if this is an indication of how the prosecutor plans on presenting the case= extremely biased with no counter argumentsit should be clear what the problem with these cases is.in contrast to the Sam Dubose casewe're seeing the tape AFTER an indictmentthat evidence was sealed, and that's my understanding of how it works in an ACTIVE INVESTIGATION.
