Uber's site promises seamless insurance... to passengers.
My assumption is that it covers only bodily injury to passengers.

Given the phrasing in the articles I found (just read one from IAB) I hadn't even thought that Uber's coverage might not contemplate physical damage to your vehicle or property damage liability to others.
