I get what he is trying to say but he just doesn't get it. #BlackLivesMatter is not about other lives not mattering, it's saying black lives matter ALSO.

I don't like the juxtaposition of his putting his foot in mouth because he does that so often that you could run the full spectrum of apologies, really. He, Broussard and everyone else at ESPN need to just STFU when it comes to non-sports stuff. Maybe like Bob Ley or Bob Costas or Lz Granderson have carved a lane for themselves with commentary on substantive stuff, but if you're just a sports guy, stay in your lane.
