I would venture to say, the most successful men I've ever met were very prone to keeping their hands well manicured, and none of these dudes we're even slightly feminine.
If you're making moves and shaking hands, your hands should look clean and professional. There's nothing sissy about that. Feet either, and that's something that I've personally have to come to terms with. That's some real grown man shit right there.
