ding ding ding! "top notch dancer" with hits made her more than just another R&B artist or MJ's little sister. If this is a comparison to Aaliyah, you just made it clear why it's a bad one. Add that to the fact that Janet has a lot more albums and did write alotta her songs or at least have a hand in them.
