and it was literally the saddest thing ever...and I'm sure hula hooping is an excellent work out but I couldn't get the hoop to stay up. As soon as it felt like i was working something out, it would fall.
However, the instructor had great arms and she said if you twirl the hula hoop on each arm for 5-10 min, it will tone them a lot.
