ask for a Basil-ica or a Singapore Sling. The latter is far more popular/infamous but it's also a more complex drink.
Basil-ica: Chill a cocktail glass and get an orange peel Fill shaker with ice, rip up a fresh basil leaf 2 oz Plymouth gin 1 oz St. Germain/elderflower liqueur 5 dashes orange angostura bitters
Shake well in cocktail shaker, dump water/ice out of cocktail glass, rim the cocktail glass with orange peel, rest peel on the rim and strain from shaker into cocktail glass
Singapore Sling: Fill cocktail shaker with ice 1.5 oz Tanqueray 1.5 oz pineapple juice 1 oz lemon juice .75 oz cointreau shake mix well and strain into tall collins / pint glass top with soda water drizzle .5 oz cherry brandy evenly atop and through drink float .25 oz benedictine atop drink garnish with maraschino cherry and orange slice with two straws
