I've watched most of these videos and applaud the entrepreneurial spirit behind them. that doesn't mean I can't call out the fact that they are pretty limited in depth.
this one specifically. dame is really mad that people in ghana are importing mango juice. it's so stupid. is ALL the mango juice in that country imported from a european one? how many people are drinking this imported mango juice? is it a sizable section of the population or is he just drinking what is essentially a luxury product? how does he feel about locally available US goods that are imported or shipped out then re-imported for production? if he actually wanted to have a real discussion all of these issues would be addressed. instead, he drops a one-liner for dudes at the barber shop to make the Weebay "Shorty Was a Cop" face to.
him having a problem with this shows a naivete about international commerce. i understand the point he is trying to make, and on its face, the example is fine. but it's a silly one because this is a common business practice almost anywhere for different reasons.
again, no idea what jaden and willow have to do with this. i happen to like them AND Dame Dash.
