how I did it.

Maybe the grease was way hotten than i've ever seen grease get...

but the chicken was in the oil (new oil at that) for all of three minutes and when i went to check on it, every piece was singed beyond recognition. It was raw as sh*t on the inside.

I simply removed it from the heated oil, placed them on a cookie sheet and continued cooking them----for the dog.

That was supposed to have been my superbowl meal.
