I love my people, I do.

But I'm tired of our issues, whether they're technically "our" issues or not.

This is inspired by last night's debacle on twitter over the "Light Girls" documentary.

It's 2015, yo.

Tired of generalizations about black men.

Tired of generalizations about black women.

Tired of the blaming.

Tired of the excuses.

Tired of hearing reasons why outside influences make YOU feel like you're aren't....whatever.

Everyone has a story. Tell your story, let other people tell theirs.

Learn something from it, and then move on.

Just live life.

Be happy.

Be beautiful.
