The 90s were on part for the most part but I really don't care for hip hop post 1996 to really get upset about the list. Did notice a couple of things and that's the lack of love for female emcees and emcees in groups. I could give 96 to Lauryn Hill easily as well as Black Thought. Although Thought wouldn't get a look because he's not popular enough.
