I could see if it was Beverly Hills or even a residential block, but that particular strip of Gardena is basically people trying to make it from one day to the next
if he wasnt robbing anyone and he was asking for change to get by from people who understood his position, the cops should have minded their business
One of the worst feelings ever was me buying a homeless dude In & Out in Carson (a few cities over) and watching the cops apprehend him
it's like they dont even pretend to care about someone's plight
