yeah chemex has a whole system too that i think i may end up copping. specifically because i have read how important the right water temperature is. and the sprayhead technology stuff seems interesting lol

definitely on the filtered water tip. i copped the chemex filters too from amazon. yeah water temp is my only concern with my current set up. i have a verismo espresso machine from starbucks so i have been thinking i about brewing straight water from that and using for my pour over...going to test that out and see
