I have been listening to this incredible artist since his days with tony toni tone. I am amazed at how young he is and how sophisticated his musical taste is. As a fellow musician, I applaud his genius and his commitment to real music, good music, music that makes you move, sing, dance and cry - almost all at the same time. I have all of his solo projects and his new c.d. has had permanent residence in my c.d. player since I bought it. I hope he comes back so I can see him live again. Come on back to NY, Saadiq - you will see the tall lady with the short salt & pepper hair dancing in the audience again! Thank you for your talent - you are truly a musician's musician!!!
