If the Coen's hadn't made the Big Lebowski, this would be my favorite film from them hands down. It's got everything I love: funny accents, funny haircuts, a convoluted plot, and more quotables ("Gotcha on a pretty short leash there, don't she, H.I.?") than any other movie in the world. Nic Cage is brilliant in it, John Goodman is amazing, and even Holly Hunter turns in an amazing performance.
I love this movie so much and don't understand why everyone else doesn't feel the same.
For those that haven't seen it:
Nicolas Cage plays a petty criminal who falls in love and marrys a cop (Holly Hunter). When they find out they can't have children, they decide to steal one from a local furniture store owner who just had quintuplets. Hilarity ensues.
