the very end with the montage of all the clips of sambo characters and old school mainstream movies and their stereotypes, that stuff needs to stay because that brings some real gravity to what Spike was trying to get at.
as far as all the farcical stuff right before that -- i'd have to go back and watch it again to figure out what i would've done.
