clean & rip spinach (use only fresh spinach) and place it in a casserole dishsaute portabellas & onions in olive oil & garlic to tastedouse (sp) spinach with olive oil, tamari, garlic, cayenne pepper (just a dash really) and lemon juice.mix in portabellas & onionsput in the fridge for a few hoursmakes for a great light lunch or even dinner.
