Pros: they are public activists and bring issues to light that need to be discussed.
Cons: where they stand on an issue, beyond being against it, is uncertain; and when they do make a firm stand, there’s hardly ever a solution offered; when a solution is offered, it is so impractical that it is made moot; often have a ‘with me or against me’ attitude, often failing to entertain or examine shades of grey; they tend to support anyone that is anti- , without at times fully inspecting who they’re allying with; eventually their cries become a monotone of rhetoric that no one pays attention to.
Suggestions: Opposition movements work best when viable, practical and sensible alternative solutions are offered.
