As the american government is maintained heavily by those propoerties and in this case its quite obvious that the properties they use are discriminatory and invalid- simply disregarding them would be extremely careless of us.

Perhaps you should take the time to see just how deeply those labels and categorizations run in us and throughout our society.

Ill give you a hint: Its so deep that even YOU believe them.

in a manner of speaking, yes, enslavement to low paying and unhealthy work conditions, enslavement to poverty and drug abuse, and the threat of personal safety as provided by an intimidating overseer- the very institution of slavery may have diminished but its walls still stand.
