to have an understanding of who you are and what you want outta life.

it's good that you're questioning things now vs. moving forward and then wondering if you did the right thing 20+ years from now.

obviously, only you can make this decision, but i think the idea of rotating around the company a bit is a good one. there may be another department that fits with your goals. who knows?
