...believe me i've played out this scenario in my head for a while.....we've probably even talked about it offline....fortunately or otherwise the net provides a measure of anonymity...economically this provides another option....as far as utilities...unless we were a totally seperate entity/municipality/nation etc....we would be subject to some of the um.......stickiest red tape ever.
