to me, this means a commitment to building an independent nation of black people. a mbn believes that the only way black people will ever stop being oprreseed, disrespected... is to take full economic, social, and political control of their communities and organize that into a nation that can come to the playing field (world trade, world negotiations...) strong and powerful.

i think that is the ideal, but i also think there are varying degrees of knowledge by those who profess to be mbn. for some, it is an escapist way of dealing with constant oppression and only resorts in angry bitternes and a lot of "textbook militancy"
