run some fresh ginger root thru a juicer

mix it w/ some water (not too much), drink it straight (if you can stand it), or your favorite juice/tea & drink up

there are also several strong ginger teas available. try yogi tea or tazo

eff a war on iraq....

"Looking at the relationship between the state of the economy and the European tradition of bringing itself out of economic hardship by civil or international war, you have to decide what is the necessary and probable outcome of this rapid and significant "sucking-up" of wealth into the hands of the few, the proud, the European elite. ...War is highly profitable and helpful to this economy in many ways, from reducing unemployment rates by getting those without jobs to the sacrificial front lines to providing business for those supplying everything from yellow ribbons to land mines to body bags." ~Larry D. Crawford

"An attack on Iraq will have nothing to do with stopping terrorism. It will have nothing to do with the liberation of the Iraqi people. And it will be only marginally concerned with weapons of mass destruction. Instead, this will be a war to extend and deepen U.S. control over the energy-rich Middle East, the single most important source of strategic power in an industrial world that runs on oil." ~Robert Jensen
