That the electoral college gives a stronger voice to states with a small population, therefore over at least 12 states would be against it because that would give states with large populations, a bigger edge. Then one has to consider that this is a CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUE and CHANGING the constitution is an unnecessarily long and drawn-out process. It's not as simple as ADDING TO. Besides this feat would not be TRUE activism, it's passivism (see my second post).
Overall this effort could cause REAL change to occur only alot of over-expended energy. (I am trying to discourage you this time.):-( Peace Solarus
